Best trips

Anyone care to share thoughts on TAs? Been thinking of doing one for a while and with the recent change HAL made to the Oct 29 Med (RT Rome) I am now seriously considering one for the return, but would like to hear from those who have done one.

This past March on the CCL Magic. We were originally going to go in 2020 for my daughters 18th birthday, but it got delayed for 2 years. We finally got to go to celebrate her 20th birthday and her subsequent "freedom". Afterward she moved out of the house to take a new job. Last one to leave home, now we're empty nesters.

Otherwise 1969. Woodstock, NY. Haven't tripped like that since.

The best trip I ever took was to Hawaii in 2014, because I came home with a lovely new bride. But if you're limiting it to cruises, it's a tough choice but I'd have to pick the Mediterranean in October 2019 on the Norwegian Epic. It was the first time in Europe for both of us, and we spent four days in Barcelona afterwards. Or the next cruise. The next cruise is always a great one. Which for me is coming up soon, transatlantic on the Norwegian Prima.

We did a repositioning cruise on Carnival Miracle from New York thru the Panama Canal to Long Beach Calif.. Fun cruise

For my wife and I our favorite was always a cruise on the Adriatic. Out of Venice to Split and Dubrovnik Croatia, Kotor Montenegro and Greece. Beautiful ports and the calmest sea ever.

It was December 26th 2010 and drove from south west Ohio to Miami for a sail date of the December 27th. It started snowing at the base of Jelico Mountain and stayed snowing until South Carolina. It's was my first and best trip.
