Best place to snorkel

We are going on the Oceania Marina in early February and for the tiny island Fakarava, there are no planned excursions. I plan to get to a particular spot in front of a hotel to snorkel by either Taxi or small boat. Anybody else in this forum going on this particular cruise? This snorkeling location is apparently extremely worthy. I would like to have some folks join me. Jess

Have you checked the roll call page to see who else is going on your cruise? You'll likely have better luck finding a snorkelling buddy through a post there since this thread could get lost. You can find the roll calls by clicking More at the top of the page.
