Hello. We will be going to Bermuda for our first time this august. What are the best beaches and local bars to visit when we there.

Hawknest beach in St John’s is really nice.

King's Wharf has one right off the pier and there's a shopping mall right next to it. Take the trolley over and you;ll be there in like 5 min. or you can walk right on over.

Best beach is pretty well the entire east side of the island. If you are at King's Warf there are shuttles there all the time and they will drop you off anywhere. They have set pickup points with one of them being Horseshoe Bay. We took a shuttle bus over to Warwick Long Bay and then walked the 1.5 to 2 km back (south) on the beach to Horseshoe Bay. This is some of the most beautiful beach and waterfront I have ever seen. And when you hit Horseshoe bay there is a nice bar right there so you can sit on the beach and sip on a dark and stormy or 3.
