I regret, not writing down those fake news stories. I only remember two, the last one, and one I didn’t post. Not because it wasn’t funny, it was. But because I don’t have a filter, I consulted with someone who does ( not my wife ) And though she thought it was funny, she talked me into not posting it. We’ll talk about it on the Lido deck with a cup of coffee.

I have had many long winded, pulitizer worthy posts that immediately disappeared into the ether sphere upon hitting the send button. I regret not copying them prior to posting, for I usually just throw up my arms and say "screw it".
As for the LIDO deck, I'll be sitting on it this time tomorrow. I will give this topic some more thought at that time.

I try very hard to USE my filter. I have written things and fortunately deleted before posting that I would have regretted.
Have I felt bad about posts I did not write ? I must confess -absence makes the heart grow fonder.
I have thought of posting, then, either posted while NOT logged in, or posted and edited - only to see my literary treasures hidden like Davey Jones's treasures beneath the mysterious islands.
The Lido is always a nice escape from the torment of the stormy seas. May we join thar some day to enjoy a grog or four. Hoist the flag of the Jolly Roger !! More rum! More -crap - I forgot what I wanted to taoast - more -rum !!
