Can anyone tell me if visas, vaccinations or any other formalities are needed for any of the above places. They are one day ports of call on a cruise I am interested in. Thank you in advance.

Thank you. Back to back cruise, selling as 22 nights or 15 nights. Goes back to pick up those cruising for Fifteen nights and finishes in the Mediterranean, Naples, Italy.

Just in Guatemala at the end of October. Did a 12 hour day there including the highlands. Recent terrible volcanic eruption there, in the summer, created traffic delays. But they appeared to be getting that fixed. No shots of any kind required.

As far as I know, shots are not needed for those countries (not positive about Guatemala).
Regardless of what is required, you may want to check with the State department as well as your doctor to see if they are advised.
