I was looking at the 2-Bedroom Family Villa with Large Balcony on the Encore, what are your guys' thoughts on this stateroom? Is it worth the price? Please let me know!

Yeah, I was really confused by that, I went on the website, and there weren't any split levels, but I am in fact staying in a split level on my next oasis cruise!ððð
NCL does not have the split level cabins, those are an RCL thing
Sounds like you will be using the space. Have a great time and enjoy the Villa.
Yay!!!
Better yet, go for the family split level. The one with the internal staircase. BRs are upstairs, entertain downstairs. Well worth the cost.
I don't believe this stateroom is on the Encore.

Worth the price is subjective to your bank account and your willingness to part with it. Some of us cruise on a budget and would rather do twice as many cruises in an inside cabin while others would rather do 1/2 the amount of cruising in a balcony cabin.
For the Villa question is will you use the extra space ? Will the family hang out together in the living room all night or will you be out enjoying the ship ? Do you have a lot of sea days where you will be in the cabin and balcony ? Will you have the butler bring everyone dinner in the villa ? Will you entertain in the Villa ? If your not planning on using the the space of the villa, wouldn't 2 balcony cabins next to each other do the same thing for sleeping and showering for much less ?
The only times I have insisted on Balcony cabin or better is on Transatlantic cruises where I know I will be spending time on sea days in the cabin and on the balcony. I could also see the extra cost being worth it in places like Alaska where you want to see things go by. On my Greek Islands cruise we had a balcony and did not use it much because we were in port every day but one sea day and at night we were in the MDR, Showroom and clubs.
Sorry, I should have included that we would host a few parties, eat-in, and we would be going to Alaska. We also wanted a single room, but not super cramped, and we are okay with spending that much because it isn't financially a problem for my family.
