HOW many times can I call carnival cruise line and get the lower rate? The cruise is paid for, I've called once. We got the "early saver" rate, IF that means anything.

What difference does it make how many times you call? every time they're going to look up your reservation anyway. you think there might be a lower rate? you found "something" online? call em!!!!!!

Always call when some rate discount appears- you may get lucky.

I don't think it should matter. If the rates are lower I would call.You ave nothing to lose. I believe depending on how soon it is to sail date you will get the difference as a shipboard credit.
