Silversea Shares Upcoming Voyages for New Luxury Expedition Ship
Ultra-luxury line Silversea Cruises has announced the collection of 25 voyages for its new expedition vessel, Silver Endeavour.
From May 2023 through March 2024, Silver Endeavor will sail to 116 destinations around the world, including ports in Northern Europe, the Arctic, and Antarctica.
Silver Endeavour joined the Silversea fleet in July 2022 as the fifth expedition ship in the line’s fleet of eleven vessels. It officially enters service with guests in November 2022 replacing Silver Explorer from the 2022/2023 Antarctica season.
The ship offers some of the most spacious and elegant venues to be found in expedition cruising. It has the highest space-to-guest ratio in expedition cruising, some of the industry’s most spacious all-balcony suites, and a range of elegant public venues. Featured public spaces include the Otium Spa & Beauty Salon, two mudrooms, the Observation Lounge, the Explorer Lounge, as well as a Pool Deck.

2023-2024 Silver Endeavor Itineraries
Silver Endeavour’s newly-announced voyages include 25 expedition voyages, which range from six to 18 days. The ship’s PC6 classification will allow it to visit some of the most remote regions of the world. These new itineraries include 24 maiden calls for Silversea, which include destinations in the Canadian High Arctic and Ellesmere Island.
The ship will spend summer 2023 exploring the British Isles, Iceland, and the Arctic - including Greenland, Svalbard, and the Canadian Arctic. Come winter 2023-2024, the vessel will head south to the Antarctic Peninsula, South Georgia, and the Falkland Islands.
Following are some of the highlights of Silver Endeavour’s 2023-2024 voyages:
- Two British Isles & Iceland Voyages - Departing from London in May 2023, Silver Endeavour will voyage two British Isles and Iceland expeditions of 13 and 14 days. These cruises will include calls in Stranraer, Helensburgh, Loch Eynort (Uist Island), and Klaksvik.
- Nine Voyages to the Artic & Greenland: Silver Endeavour’s inaugural season in the Arctic in June 2023, will feature two 14-day Iceland and Svalbard expeditions. In July 2023, Silver Endeavour will offer a 10-day West Greenland expedition. August 2023, Silver Endeavour will sail from the hamlet of Mittimatalik (Pond Inlet) at the northern tip of Baffin Island in Nunavut, Canada, on a 10-day journey through the Canadian High Arctic. To complete the summer 2023 season, Silver Endeavour will undertake a 16-day expedition through East Greenland on September 5. Guests on this voyage will enjoy an extended three-day stay in Scoresby Sund in Northeast Greenland National Park. As an option, guests have the option to combine five of Silver Endeavour’s Arctic voyages beginning and ending in Reykjavik, Iceland from July 1 to September 21, 2023
- 14 Voyages to Antarctica: During the winter 2023/2024 season, Silver Endeavour will offer nine six-day Antarctica Bridge fly-cruises. These sailings offer the most direct route as Silversea’s Antarctica Bridge enables travellers to skip the Drake Passage, flying directly to King George Island to meet the ship. Silver Endeavour will also offer two departures of 10-day Antarctic Peninsula expeditions, which will explore the South Shetland Islands, the Antarctic Sound, and Cape Horn. Come October 2023, the vessel will sail an extended expedition to the Antarctic Peninsula with visits to South Georgia and the Falkland Islands. In early 2024, Silver Endeavour will sail two new 15- and 16-day expeditions, departing January 28 and February 12 exploring the Antarctic Peninsula, the Falkland Islands, and South Georgia.
