Royal Caribbean’s Utopia of the Seas Arrives at Port Canaveral

The world’s biggest weekend is almost here! Royal Caribbean’s new Oasis Class ship Utopia of the Seas has arrived at its new home at Port Canaveral, Florida ahead of its debut on July 19, 2024. As Utopia of the Seas arrived at its new homeport, more than 2,000 crew members celebrated across the ship’s vibrant Caribbean pool deck. 

Utopia of the Sea’s numerous features include the longest dry slide at sea (The Ultimate Abyss), a signature FlowRider surf simulator, numerous pools, showstopping entertainment, two casinos, and tons of ways to relax and party the days away. The ship offers more than 40 ways to drink and dine, including a lineup of parties only on Utopia, a new Caribbean tiki bar, and the Royal Railway – Utopia Station immersive dining experience. 

Up next for Utopia of the Seas is a naming celebration on July 15, featuring ship Godmother GRAMMY-winning artist and songwriter Meghan Trainor. Trainor will take center stage to name the ship in a traditional naming ceremony and performance in the ship’s AquaTheatre. 

Utopia of the Seas will sail year-round 3- and 4- night Caribbean vacations from Port Canaveral, with itinerary visits to Perfect Day at CocoCay and Nassau.
