Royal Caribbean Announces Dining Lineup for Wonder of the Seas

Guests traveling on the new largest cruise ship in the world are in for a culinary treat! Royal Caribbean shared new details about the onboard eateries to be found on Wonder of the Seas. The selection of over twenty-plus restaurants includes a mix of Wonder-specific venues, as well as a variety of Royal Caribbean staple restaurants.

Wonder of the Seas will debut The Mason Jar Southern Restaurant & Bar which will serve a mix of southern comfort food in a warm, casual setting. The eatery will feature rustic, farmhouse-style decor, a front porch, and even live country music. 

Guests dining at The Mason Jar will enjoy classic southern dishes like buttermilk biscuits, johnnycakes with bbq pork, fried green tomatoes, fried chicken, shrimp and grits, and crab beignets. The restaurant’s bar features over a dozen whiskeys, mint juleps, and the ‘Mississippi Moonlight’ cocktail made with berries, lemonade, and moonshine. 

Other exciting newly-announced dining venues on Wonder of the Seas include: 

• Giovanni's Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar – This is the first Giovanni’s restaurant on any Oasis-class ship. This family-style Italian restaurant includes hand-tossed pizzas, veal meatballs, and wine flights. 
• Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade – Playmakers will serve up delicious bar fare, ice-cold draft beers, and dozens of big-screen TVs to catch the big game on. 
• Hooked Seafood - Features New England-inspired seafood dishes like crab cakes, lobster rolls, and fresh oysters.

• The Vue – This cantilevered bar will offer panoramic ocean views by day, and shines bright with a colorful mosaic canopy overhead in the evening time. 
• El Loco Fresh and Cantina Fresca – This grab-and-go eatery El Loco Fresh specializes in made-to-order tacos, burritos, quesadillas. Cantina Fresca is a dedicated bar that serves a selection of aguas frescas, margaritas, and other Mexican staple cocktails. 
• The Lime & Coconut – This signature pool deck area features Caribbean vibes, multiple poolside bars, and live music. 
• Wonderland - A full senses, immersive dining experience All dishes at Wonderland are not only delicious but a visual feast. 
• Izumi - A Japanese teppanyaki specialty staple restaurant found on many ships in the Royal Caribbean fleet.
• 150 Central Park - Will serve American seasonal dishes featuring locally sourced ingredients. 
• Chops Grille - Offers a classic American steakhouse experience. 
• Returning guest favorite casual eateries Sugar Beach, Johnny Rockets, and Starbucks can also be found on Wonder of the Seas. 

Wonder of the Seas will make its official debut sailing from Port Everglades on March 4, 2022. The ship will spend the spring sailing Caribbean itineraries, and will then reposition to Europe in May to sail the Summer/Fall 2022 season from Barcelona and Rome. It will then move to its new homeport at Port Everglades in November 2022 where it will offer year-round Caribbean cruises.
