Oceania Shares Details on Inaugural Season for Allura
Oceania Cruises today announced the first details for the upcoming ship Allura. The vessel is slated to make its official debut in Summer 2025.
Allura is the sister ship to Vista which made its debut to much fanfare this past May. The new 1,200-guest ship is part of the ‘Allura’ class of vessels.
Onboard ship highlights of Allura will include the following:
- A new onboard Crêperie, serving crêpes and waffles in the morning and gelatos in the afternoon.
- A new social space at atop the ship with sweeping views of the ocean. This new space sees The Library and digital center come together.
- 5 specialty dining venues, including new signature restaurants Ember and Aquamar Kitchen. There is one chef for every 10 guests on Allura (ensuring that 50% of crew members are dedicated to culinary experiences). Oceania is currently the only major cruise line to boast two Master Chefs of France.
- 1,200 guests served by 800 crew members (equates to two crew for every three guests).
- Spacious standard staterooms, at 291 square feet total.
- Onboard enrichment features such as art classes at the Artist Loft, guest speakers, and sommelier demonstrations.
- Expansive Culinary Center with an accompanying Chef's Studio.
Inaugural Season of Allura
Starting next week, Oceania Cruises will open bookings the inaugural season of sailings for Allura. These 26 voyages span more than 92 destinations, ranging from seven- to 34-day sailings.

Allura heralds the ultimate evolution of our onboard experience, and her Inaugural Season is designed to entice curious world travelers, to allow them to reconnect with well-loved favorite destinations and discover new ones for the first time,” said Frank A. Del Rio, President of Oceania Cruises.
On June 8, 2025, Allura will embark on its seven-day maiden voyage from Athens to Istanbul. This Eastern Mediterranean cruise will visit Santorini, Heraklion, Rhodes, Bodrum, Ephesus, and Canakkale.
The ship will spend its opening European summer season calling on Cádiz, Cagliari, Messina, Palma de Mallorca, Palermo, and Cinque Terre, with overnight stays in Istanbul and Monte Carlo.
Come fall 2025, Allura will sail to Canada and New England for an extended season in North America. In Winter 2025, the ship will sail in the Caribbean, homeporting from Miami.
