New Exclusive Shore Excursions for MSC Yacht Club Guests

MSC Cruises has announced that guests traveling in the MSC Yacht Club will have the opportunity to book a selection of exclusive shore excursions. The cruise line will roll out more than 90 specially designed MSC Yacht Club shore excursions at ports in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Northern Europe, with more to come in other regions later this year.

The MSC Yacht Club is MSC Cruises’ ‘ship-within-a-ship’ area which features elegant suites in a keycard-access area of the ship. It features its own dedicated facilities including a sundeck, pool, hot tubs, restaurant and lounge, and a 24-hour butler/concierge desk.

Guests opting for the excursions will enjoy priority disembarkation coupled with private transportation. The excursions fall into a number of categories to suit a variety of tastes, ranging from culinary experiences to artistry, architecture, or upscale adventure activities. 

“The new offering has come following customer feedback and a desire for a more exclusive experience for MSC Yacht Club guests. Guests will benefit from a seamless experience between the butlers’ service onboard and the excursion experts ashore as well as having the opportunity to relax and fully immerse themselves into each destination’s culture, cuisine and traditions,” said Marialuisa Iaccarino, Head of Shore Excursions, MSC Cruises. 

Excursions are now bookable for MSC Yacht Club guests in advance. Bookings may be done online through the MSC Cruises contact center, onboard the ship, MSC Yacht Club concierge service, the Shore Excursions desk, or via your travel agent. 

Following are a sample of highlights among the 90+ new shore excursions for MSC Cruises MSC Yacht Club guests:  

• Cozumel, Mexico: A luxury catamaran and snorkel experience featuring a local guide and a visit to the Colombia Reef. 
• Falmouth, Jamaica: Enjoy a private cabana in the forested grounds near the Martha Brae River. 
• Cannes, France: Take part in a sensory experience and exclusive perfume-making workshop. Guests will create their own personalized eau de cologne with aromatic, citrus, and orange blossom fragrances in one of the oldest family-owned perfume factories in the South of France.
• Genoa, Italy: Enjoy an authentic pesto cooking class in Santa Margherita Ligure, followed by a visit to charming Portofino.
• Akureyri, Iceland: Be invigorated at the Fontana geothermal baths on Lake Laugarvatn, Iceland followed by a visit to scenic Thingvellir National Park. 
• Invergordon, Scotland: Try world-famous whisky at Glenmorangie Distillery in Scotland.
