Love is in the air today, especially on Carnival Cruise Line ships! This Valentine’s Day the cruise line is hosting its largest-ever vow renewal at sea, with thousands of couples renewing vows on 24 ships.

The vow renewal ceremonies are all being virtually officiated by Carnival Cruise Line’s Chief Fun Officer Shaquille O’Neal.

Ceremonies are being held while ships are at sea, as well as docked in Nassau, Puerto Vallarta, Cozumel, Grand Turk, and St. Maarten. Following each ceremony, couples are being treated to an after-party complete with a DJ, dancing, and a champagne toast.

In addition to the vow renewal ceremonies, Carnival will host a series of fun activities for Valentine’s Day on board, including trivia, Dive-In Movies, and the Love & Marriage show hosted by each ship’s cruise director.

Outside of today’s special ceremony events, Carnival offers extensive wedding and vow renewal ceremony options available year-round.

“Our wedding and vow renewal offerings are expansive, and our dedicated team of professional planners can help handle every detail with care, from the music and decor to the dessert. Guests can choose ceremonies at sea, in port at beautiful destinations, or even at the ship’s homeport ahead of their cruise so friends and family who aren’t sailing can attend the event,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line.
