Norwegian Cruise Line Hosts Bash to Celebrate Missed Holidays & Milestones

Norwegian Encore made history on August 7 as it became Norwegian Cruise Line’s first sailing from the U.S. in over a year, as well as marked the kick-off of the vessel’s first voyage to Alaska. To mark these events, Norwegian celebrated the occasion with a Celebration Buffet of culinary favorites from holidays and special occasions throughout the year.

In just one day, to ‘honor the last 17 months of uncelebrated holidays and reunions’, Norwegian Cruise Line rang in the New Year with King Crab legs and beef wellington, grilled up BBQ favorites for the Fourth of July, celebrated Thanksgiving with roast turkey and stuffing, as well as shared and an assortment of over-the-top birthday cakes and treats.

Norwegian Encore is currently cruising 7-night Alaskan itineraries, sailing roundtrip from Seattle and making port stops in Icy Strait Point, Skagway, Juneau, and Ketchikan. The line will offer this itinerary on Norwegian Encore through October 16, 2021.
