Beautiful St. Thomas is the most populous of the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI). Charlotte Amalie, USVI territorial capital, is one of the most popular cruise ports in the Caribbean. Named for a Danish Queen, the city features pastel houses sprinkled against a background of emerald hills. Shopping and Sightseeing Tour: Explore the best of St. Thomas on this four-hour excursion. Departing from the cruise pier, this journey will first stop in Charlotte Amalie for shopping along the waterfront. Your small group will next gather for a sightseeing trip to the Mountain Top, which rises 1,547 feet above sea level. Along the way, you can take pictures and enjoy the scenery, including views of the white sand and crystal clear waters of Magens Bay Beach, which was named one of the world's 10 most beautiful beaches by National Geographic Magazine.

Member Tip: We took a cab downtown and enjoyed the market, did some shopping. The buildings are super cute and there are high-end stores! We also stopped for drinks and went back to the cruise, ate lunch, grabbed our snorkeling gear and went to Coki Point Beach. It was busy but we spent around two hours in the water.
