As a first time cruiser, we were very impressed with the ship. Our stateroom was very cozy. Compared to the $199.00 hotel room the night before we would much prefer the stateroom. The amount of food was incredible and different each day/night. Dinner was absolutely wonderful in all aspects. Our waiters new us by name when they walked up to our table and for the entire week. All the staff members from maintenance to director were all so friendly and helpful. Smiles were all about the Carnival Destiny all week long and made our trip a very fun one.
