The staff were so nice. We really enjoyed all the food. There was a nice variety. The cabin size was larger than the royal carribean we went on the last time. This was the perfect time of year to go because the ship was not too crowded.

There was minimal supervision if any in kid splash area causing parents to yell at each other because of out of control kids running down toddlers. I complained and an hour later a housekeeper was sent to supervise. The bar staff seemed irritated to take my order. They just seemed like they did not want to be there. Dinner service was very slow. The dinner food was great! Housekeeping staff great! Definitely an overall decline in service compared to previous experience.
