Istanbul, Turkey

Istanbul is a must see and port time the longest (0730 to 1800). So much to see as with any large city you only get a taste in one day. Go back and stay at least three days.

Izmir, Turkey

Take the horse and buggy ride, for 4 people 15. No bargaining for carpets as we had done in the past, so kind of disappointing (no more magic carpets....) . Shopping in general prices good and unusal (fun & realtively inexpensive), not made in China, goods.

Bari, Italy

Not enough time to go to Arbiobello to see the trulli. Saw St Nick, bought some honey and rtned to ship (not enough time in port)

Katakolon (Olympia), Greece

If you haven't been to Olympia, got to go. We'd already been there, but our friends took the tour and thoroughly enjoyed. Speaking Greek with the shop keepers. Internet cafe cheap.

Dubrovnik, Croatia

Fun access on shuttle, weather delayed but still ok. Fortified walls make city easily traversed in a short time.
