To crowded and under staffed. Gust services lines always A minimum of 20 minute wait we found them very rude

Great islands ship and carnival lacking. Aruba was the best . Food warm never hot. Wait staff under staffed but very competent and friendly . My last trip on carnival unless a real last minute deal arises!

Wrong room
We were scheduled to be in room 4018, when we arrived to the port we were told our room had been changed to 1031, after checking we were told that this was below the casino, some thing I a aided like the plaque, we were unable to be moved and endured noise which awakened us almost nightly.our complaint was answered by earplugs being left in our stateroom. Because we were arbitrarily moved our luggage was lost being denied entry to the dining room in Bermuda shorts and needing medication in those backs we were very frustrated, they finally arrived 6 hours later after several calls and visits to management. To add insult to injury. When we went to discuss this the next day we were told no report of the missing luggage had been documented.

Cruise tips
Amber Cove (Puerto Plata), Dominican Republic
Nothing but a huge overflowing pool and rental umbrellas don’t bother at least 2 ships there at once ours with 6200 passengers
Must see the natural pool only available by ATV we booked privately when we got off the ship for half the price was great
Small city, crowded beaches
Carnival Vista
Don't go Oasis much better! Smooth flow, no long lines for shows dining entertainment etc
Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)
Eat before leaving ship, food poor and lines long
Nieuw Amsterdam
Burgers were divine from the diner, yum staff very helpful and friendly.
