A Good Cruise

We liked our cabin although missed a refrigirator especially since we needed to keep my husband's medication cool and had to use the ice bucket for that purpose. A small inconvenience. Several of the coffee machines in the Cafe were down so you had to hunt for the one that was working. Trays would be nice in the cafe. Hard to juggle coffe cup, plate and bowls, milk etc. Our stop in Puerto Rico was a waste since we arrived for evening activities on the Island, None of which we could take our grandchildren to, ages 5 and 9. Our grandchildren did enjoy the camp on board. Your staff were professional , courteous and attentive.. Embarkation was smooth.

Cruise tips

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

We spent several hours on the beach which was excellent. We were told that we were on the side of the island where there was no topless bathing and what do we see when we get off the bus. A lady walking around with no top on.. The BBQ lunch was nice touch. There were dogs on the beach that were chasing the children and nipping at their arms, legs, torso. My son and another father went balistic when the dog started to bite the children . Some kind of policing of the area for animals should have been done. Had any of the children been seriously bit there would have been a huge problem. As it is my 5 year old grandson had markes on his back where the dog jumped on him and started to nip him.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Waste of time. We arrived late afternoon. Too late for anything but night life activities. We had hoped to see the rain forest which of course was out of the question because of the time arrival.
