*Loved the size and many things to do...something for everyone, really. We only used the elevator getting on and getting off...stairs kept us to a 5 lb. gain instead of 10 lbs!
*Dining room staff was great...so attentive, friendly...couldn't do enough for us. *Our room attendant was not so great.
*Promenade view room was great...fine for 2 people who spend 5 weeks traveling in a 22ft. van camper! We're used to small spaces:) The window seat definitely opens up the room.
* We rate food at good +... loved the sandwiches & cookies at the Promenade Cafe...Would not bother with Johnny Rockets again...did not go to Portofino's. Lobster, shrimp and many cuts of beef in dining room were above average. Windjammer food also fine...especially the omelet station.
*Cruise director's staff was great.
* We really appreciated being able to listen to music and dance in so many venues...many different genres...
* "Mosaic"...not a boy band...6 voices...no instruments...these guys were awesome!
* Not thrilled with itinerary...half days in some ports is just a waste...shopping is pretty much the same at all the stops. Labadee was beautifully done...but Haitians were not friendly and very aggressive both in the market and on the beach.
*Public restrooms on the ship were frequently out of order and unclean.
******* Getting off was a nightmare! From when we got in the line...and we waited for our turn & when the line appeared to be down in size...2 hours to crawl along to get through customs/immigration. No communication between RCCL staff, port staff, and Homeland Security people. Really awful!
