Carnival Imagination

As a first time cruiser we thought the ship was amazing.It was beautifully decorated and clean from one end to the next. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable as they were 2 beds put together so there was a lump right in the middle and the pools were way too small and always crowded with small children. I can't say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff! We missed our connection from Atlanta to Miami due to a delay at JFK. I called the cruise lines and they actually delayed the departure of the ship 45 minutes to wait for us and they had a person at the airport to greet us. We weren't able to grab our luggage, but they went out of their way to ensure that it was flown to us at our next port. Unbelieveable!
