Review summary

Service was ok; personnel were friendly enough. Still provides religious services on board, but the library is gone. Probably no cruising again with HAL.

Embarkation was quick, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Why 4 stars? Luggage drop off was confusing and handlers wanted money on the spot. Why can't we place our own luggage on the assigned places?

It seems like the ship was going through a lot of cleanup or maintenance causing walkers on deck 3 to detour.

We paid for our luggage to be transferred to the airport with the promise that we didn't have to worry about check it in etc. Our luggage was rerouted to different airports due that HAL didn't check in our luggage on time. Our airline delivered it on the following date.
