Review summary

This was our 7th Viking Cruise, and we think this had the best customer service ever. The whole staff was very attentive, extremely friendly, and remember our needs and preferences. My husband can not eat bread or anything made out of flour, and they made sure he always can chose the right food for each meal. Absolutely the best service!!!

The cabin was smaller than others we had before, but it was comfortable, we had enough space for all our luggage and clothes. It was always kept clean

We participated in just a few of the on board activities, and all were very good

If we can give 10 stars, this is where we would. Sorin the Activities manager was absolutely amazing. In general every one in the staff was amazing. They treated us like royalty, and went far beyond what we had experience before with Vikings. Keep up the good job!!
