Review summary

The water was rougher than it usually is at this time - so lots of last minute changes. Very disappointed that the snorkeling trips had to be cancelled, but all in all, a very nice cruise.

Unbelievable. No wait at all!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
It was good - but, we've been on Silversea's before, and thought the food was better on other cruises.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
We didn't really take advantage of the ship's activities, but this is a small ship and doesn't have the extra activities that the larger ships have. However, you never had to wait to do anything you wanted to do.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The "main stage" shows were somewhat weak, but there was an excellent guitar player and we spent most of our evenings at his venues. Great pianist for background music. A good trio for dancing.

Children's Programs

No children's programs and no children on board!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone was very helpful and professional.

Ship Quality

Everything was good.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We loved everything about the cabins. Refurbishment made the room the best ever. • Excellent lighting • Lots of mirrors • Extremely comfortable beds and linens • Bathroom: double sink! Separate shower and tub. • Lots of outlets and USB ports • More drawer space than we needed • Very good room setup. We were never in each other’s way. • TV that had information on daily activities, expenses, excursions, in addition to radio, live TV, and movies • Front door green and red lighting to indicate whether it is okay for room attendant to make up the room or not • In closet: shoe racks, removable hangers, drawers, peg hangers for bags, etc.

Ship tip

Rooms on the fifth floor were so convenient and less expensive than the rooms to higher floors.

No excursions. We wanted to snorkel but water was too rough. Loved that everyone spoke English. No one tried to convince you to buy anything.
