Review summary

Excellent cruise. Staff very attentive. Upon arrival, should have a note reminding guests how to access internet. Many people confused on what to do. Also a more detailed paper map would be helpful to plot our journey. I did get a map at the end of the trip showing where we visited the was extremely helpful. The electronic mapping is very nice, but we didn’t always have internet reception to access.

Well coordinated at site, confusing information sent to us. Re: Boarding time on ship, 3pm. Arrived from Charter at noon. Afraid we would have to wait hours to board, but instead able to bleary upon arrival

Service in the Colonade slow and seemed unorganized. Ie: server takes order for beverage, minutes later another server comes asking the same thing, 5 minutes later someone else comes asking the same. Then finally beverage served.

Symba very good waiter in The Restaurant. Alex and Juan on the expedition team excellent, however the entire expedition team were fantastic! Wailkira and Fabiana were exceptional. The Security Manager was absolutely wonderful, he even gave me his coat when we ran outside to get pictures of the pod of Orcas that swam by the ship. He was also a great help to guests getting on and off the Zodiacs.

Room very comfortable. Controlling temperature was a bit challenging. Always very clean.
