Review summary

Princess should improve the food quality & guests services. This will be my first & last cruise on Princess. Royal Caribbean was so much better.

Embarkation

1 out of 5
Terrible, long queues, Princess Cruises should implement staggered boarding times like Royal Caribbean.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Only the specialty restaurants were good. The other main dining rooms and buffets were just barely passable.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Broadway production shows and music trivia were good.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
As above

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Only our room attendant was good. The rest of the staff were barely passable.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
They were okay.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
It was larger & definitely more comfortable than the normal balcony stateroom.

Ship tip

Don't go on Princess. Go for Royal Caribbean instead. Much better food & service. Also the ships are newer. a
