My mom got yelled at by the personal trainer Florin Dogaru for using the bike when there is no sign posted. He is rude and disrepectful. He ruins my whole experience. My mom is truely offended. I don't know why would someone like him with no manners be hired in the service industry.

So disappointing. Terrible hours (no fitness allowed before 10??) and the few exercise classes were extremely expensive- TRX was $20/session. Mats and foam rollers were far overdue to be replaced.
