One of the best meals I have ever eaten. Excellent service. Absolutely perfect food with huge portions. Do not miss the Ossobuco or the Chocolate Rocher dessert. Truly an incredible evening.

When it’s goof it I’d outstanding …all other times it’s ok…food temp and an occasional heavy hand with the salt can reduce the enjoyment of the meal … if you can get Bernardo as your server you are fortunate …he is a genius with napkin folding …I still have in my office a ninja figure he folded for me from a previous cruise

A complete waste of money (thankfully it was a perk from my TA). What Italian eatery gives you just 1 piece of bread? Appetizers, pretty good. Pasta- sauce/good - noodles/overcooked and clumped together. Main course- just a waste of time, barely any flavor. Dessert- so unimpressed

This is, hands down, the best food venue on board the Ruby Princess! Sabatini’s in general offers fabulous selections, from the breadsticks and seasoned olive oil on the front to the Beef Pappardelle. The Veal Marsala was a standout dish! However, be aware that some design elements of the ship makes this Sabatini’s deck shake. When the Ruby Princess is at speed, items on the tables rattle and occasionally move. More sensitive travelers should visit when the ship is docked in port.
