Pretty well organised and a good selection of food choices. I never struggled to find a seat in Horizon although it was busy at certain times.

Typical buffet. The food was plentiful and most of it was really good! But with 3000 people on the ship it was mostly chaos in the buffet lines. There was no flow. The salad bar was a favorite, only because there were so many toppings to add to your salad. The blue cheese and ranch dressings were very good. There was Horizon Court and Horizon Bistro. Both were usually open at the same time. More choices in Horizon Court. And right in the middle was the pastry shop. Note: in the cookie section…if you want peanut butter cookies, you have to ask for them. They keep them separate from the others because of peanut allergies.

As always Princess has done a magnificent job with their Horizon Court and the world buffet. We enjoyed “fresh” smoked salmon available everyday, which we had excitingly been looking forward to after our Alaska trip, on the Royal, in June last year. Also same as on our previous trip my wife was very excited to be able to enjoy dishes from back home in India, she got to eat biriyani on Valentine’s Day which is her favorite, she commented that the flavor was great even though the spiciness was less then we are used to, not really a surprise for a buffet though.

Food was barely edible, tough, and tasteless. Choices were sparse especially in the desert area. Avoid if at all possible, although it's one of your few choices for lunch.

Tried it twice and food wasn’t good...like a Hometown Buffet and we couldn’t find a place to sit even in the additional seating/buffet area.

Horizon Court was so big that you could get lost. In fact the last morning we couldn't find each other and ended up dining alone. One end of the buffet of better then the other, so be sure to check it all out. The day of the seafood buffet it was so crowded that we ended up taking our food out by the pool. There were no tables left inside.

For a buffet this place is excellent. They always have a wide variety to choose from. They have an excellent pastry shop. And one of the designer coffee shop is located in the middle.

Food venues are falling short with food quality. Yes there is a boat load to choose from but, Same as your home town restaurants quality has turned to fat and sodium.
