Review summary

Besides the other mentioned issues, we had a disruptive issue at poolside in the solarium that involved some cruiser complaining about crew members working. That cruiser, then verbally attacked another cruiser. At a gathering for members at the concierge club, I witnessed a cruiser take beverages from a bar cart left unattended. I informed a staff member, and he appeared to not have a care about the issue. There was a altercation in the centrum during the tendering fiasco in Cozumel. WOW, Just, WOW!

Embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Most all of our food experiences were wonderful. Chops Grille, Delicious! Dining room dinner, fantastic. Buffet, as expected. Dining room breakfast, what a let down! Food ordered from the menu arrived cold. Pancakes are supposed to be able to melt butter. Did it once, decided it was easier to use the buffet, even though it is inconvenient for my father.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Pools and Hot tubs were wonderful.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We really enjoyed the shows, Piano Man was a fantastic show!

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Our waiter Adnan in Chops Grille was superb, attention to detail was spot on. Our main dining staff was very good. Out room steward was a little behind most of the time, for some of our needs.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Older ships should try to expand their casino's not cram things in! This Casino experience was miserably tight. most other ares of the ship were clean and easy to navigate.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The cabin was exactly as we expected, tight, but we made it work for us and a personal scooter.

Ship tip

Expect small and quaint.

Ports of call

Tampa, Florida

5 out of 5
Easy access and navigation.

Key West, Florida

5 out of 5
Key West always the same.

George Town, Grand Cayman Did not visit port

Tendering is not an option for our personal scooter user!

Cozumel, Mexico

3 out of 5
I enjoyed the port. But, since we got bumped off of dockage at the last minute? Something that should have been known much earlier in this multi billion dollar business. Our personal scooter user could not go ashore. Then the tendering fiasco's started! Another let down! What a SHAME!

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

3 out of 5
Port has not really changed in my eyes for the last many years. Too crowded for our personal scooters user, with 4 ships in port the same day.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Staff assisted in guiding us off of the ship quickly.
