Review summary

We started our Cruise from the Beautiful City of Barcelona, The ship ( Royal Caribbean's Rhapsody of the Seas ) is one of the older ships that I have cruised on.the room was small,but comfortable. The ships staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the main dinning room was up and down, some very good and some not to tasty at all. We ate at there upscale eateries 5 times, there the food was very good.our stops were in Cadiz, Lisbon, Caneria Island ,an aborted attempt to go to Madiera Island & Recife Brazil. We had fun on all of our stops.

Ivan & Guilheme were excellent, first rate at our main dinning room. Our room cleaner Leonardo was excellent.

The ship is old and in need of updating, the bed was O.K. The ship's TV was awful, the ESPN channel was not live, but 4-5 months old, it is November and they are showing sports from July. There was only live CNN feed for 3 days.closet space was not nearly enough, you have to be very creative about this feature.

Ship tip

Not enough chairs at the pool or at the tables.

Cadiz is a nice city to view all of the different cultures that took over this area centuries ago. We had a very nice tour.

Lisbon, Portugal Did not visit port

We did a hop on & off tour, it was O K, the weather was rainy. Not my favorite spot.

Tenerife, Canary Islands Did not visit port

We did not go here, instead we went to Caneria Island, we hired a taxi for 5 hours, we saw most of the Island and then we did some shopping, good place to shop, fun day
