Review summary

Which of one's children is loved the most?  The food was decidedly superior to RCL and NCL  I still enjoy the memory of the baked Alaska, the tenderness of the steaks, the flavor of shrimp, mushroom soup, gravies and sauces, and creme brouillet.  Then there was an outstanding selection of recent movies that I did not get around to the last year at home (again the best selection of movies of all competitors).  Do not forget the ports--four ports, all or which were new to me and quite interesting.  Great crew staff, excellent embarkation and debarkation (although I would wisecrack that I did not see anything "preferred" about preferred boarding).

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Only drawback was breaded shrimp and onion rings when battered or tempura would be better. Piece of cod in Wheelhouse could be cut thinner (mouth-size).

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Roberto from Phillipines (for table 577) was outstanding, industrious, and friendly. Likewise, Christopher was excellent cabin steward (E207).

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Balcony railing had dried salt on it even at beginning of trip. One long ship from forward cabin to Allego dining room.

Cabin / Stateroom

The buttons on the remote sometimes did not register at first striking.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida
