Answering in 2023: Usually 2 formal nights per week. Not everyone dresses up but on formal nights in the cocktail lounges after 6pm and in the waiter service dining rooms you'll feel a bit underdressed if (male) you don't wear at least a dark suit and tie, if not the full "black tie/tuxedo" gear. Female: full length cocktail dress and court shoes. Having said that, the Kings Court buffet and the Carinthia Lounge are always informal, every night. But why restrict yourself? If you pack something smart to wear you might feel good about yourself and have more fun than you think.
