Most of the excursions were interesting. Two were just “where can we drive you before we bring you back to boat”. Total waste of days in Hawaii. The extra treats put in our room was a very nice touch. But the fact that service people were trying to get into our room after 8pm was bothersome.

Had the same exact buffet every day. It had no presentation what-so-ever. The line for specialty restaurants lasted for hours. Gave up trying.

Majority of staff was professional, kind, and helpful. For three days, we were bothered by the room steward, until we learned how to use the Do Not Disturb placard on the outside wall.
Took the volcano national park excursion. The park was nice, but then we were brought back to Hilo to visit Rainbow Falls, after everyone on tour bus said they had seen it in Hilo tour.
