Review summary

This isn't our first cruise, we did learn to buy the food package, well worth it.  Main dining rooms, menu not too appealing, but the Garden Cafe buffet, something for everyone, great choice, just find your table first of course!! This cruise was very busy.  Didn't like no blowing of the horns when leaving ports, never saw that not done.  Shows were good, Comedian Bud Anderson was excellent!!! Watch out for the wine & beer tasting, they come with a bit pricey charge.  Staff was wonderful all around! CGI employee Deepak was the best! Excursions were wonderful....easy on & off ship  Just be aware if you do choose an Alaska cruise, expect lots of people!!!

Paul who made up our room, did an excellent job. Very friendly, knew our names. Very clean!

Ship tip

With the specialty restaurants which I advise....Le Bistro was the BEST, service, food quality, loved it. Cagneys disappointed us this time, service was horrible, and they were NOT busy. The Brazilian was the worst, glad we didn't have to pay, the chicken wrapped w/ bacon was raw & chewy..BAD!
