Review summary

Beautiful ship! Food was decent. Shows were GREAT. People working on the ship phenomenal! That being said..... By far the RUDEST shipmates I have ever sailed with. Pushing! Shoving! Just rude. I will never use MSC again.

Well said Fly2Where. I had the same experience with rude passengers on Costa Cruise. I blame the rude ppl; not Costa. Not everyone is cut out for MCS.

Like others has said, your experience has nothing to do with the cruiseline. You are free to comment, but at least give an accurate feedback. The exact same people you met on the ship could have chosen an American cruiseline. Sounds like it's a rude comment than a bad cruise experience. American or not.

First as I previously said, this is MY opinion. Secondly, the idea of these reviews are to share your experiences so that others can research their vacation. Should I have read a review like mine before I booked this cruise I would have chosen a different cruise or at least felt I was informed as to what I could expect. I said many positive things about this cruise. Again, my post my opinion. You don't have to agree.

There are rude people from every walk of life. My 8yr old grandson was pushed forcefully at lunch on 2 different occasions. A french family playing at the children's water park were encouraging their older child to spray water cannons at my 3 year old granddaughter and other little ones - even after we politely asked they not. My daughter was holding the elevator open for my other daughter pushing a stroller to only have an Italian couple push past them and refuse to move. My daughter took the steps instead of confronting. When we got off the elevator the 60+ woman proceeded to stick her tongue out at my 30 year old daughter. Food lines were absolute chaos and a free for all. Anxiety just trying to get back to my table with a cup of coffee. God forbid someone say I'm sorry or excuse me. These are my experiences and my opinions. Sorry if you disagree and YES we Americans can be rude too.

No sure who he is referring to? Shipmates as from this app? or the people travelling on the MSC Seaside, I was on that ship in December! Yes Very Lovely Ship, food in the buffet better then the sister ship! Food in main dining room, the MSC Divina was better! As for shows the Seaside was better! For the rudeness? I can say the only rudeness was the Officers, the waiters busboys cabin stewards cleaning people all where very friendly & polite! How ever if his talking passengers, he could of had a couple bad ones! Over all if MSC was to tone down their Officers and Corporate Staff and get a little more perseverance, then Carnival could have a run with this line!

Not common in US cruise lines, but I have heard the Europeans are rude during cruises, and its common to cut in line. However, I'm retired military and traveled and lived in Europe and thought the opposite, very kind people.

The cruise ship has nothing to do with the people traveling on it. Is not like they can say to their customers since you are rude you can't travel here. I don't think that is a reason to rate this ship so low
