Review summary

MSC needs to get their act together from not being able to see your cruise when logged in to the web site to customer service before and during the cruise.

After three hours on the phone to fix my status they still had it wrong when I checked in and had to fix it on the ship.

Main dinning room food was not good. few options and quality was very average or below for all but one dinner meal. Buffet is not bad. Tried to get the 20% discount on specialty dinning but could not on web or by calling prior to the cruise and they would not do it on board.

Good quality shows if a little short but a different full show each night.
