Review summary

Guest services has to be better trained so they can actually answer questions and help out, although they do try. Dining preference seating needs to be better handled or better explained at booking. Chocolate shop is outstanding. It is a great cruise for the price, but it could be better.

The food is good, as is the buffet. We did not eat in the specialty restaurants.

Missed real trivia - they only had some sort of picture trivia and usually later, not during the day. Most of the activities were less than intellectual.

With the exception of one rude (less than) gentleman manning the main dining room desk, the crew was exceptionally wonderful.
