Review summary

I will never book with MSC again. I know the staff tried their best, but they aren’t given much to work with.

Embarkation

This was the best part of the whole thing.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Awful. The buffet was never full. And what food they did have out was awful. Room service was never right. We were always quick to get in for Our dinner reservations, but the food was awful. And never came out at the same time. We waited for an extra 30 minutes on my husband's dinner and I had already eaten. The drink choices were slim. And to have a soda of any kind you had to pay $4 each for 1 can. The only thing free was juice and unsweetened tea.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
The only thing that was enjoyable was the casino. But not very many games to choice from. And not a very high return on them.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
We caught the end of 1 show and it was very uncorrdinated.

Children's Programs

I didn’t have kids

Service and Staff

They were very helpful and worked very hard.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
The layout is horrible. Everything is closed off from anything else. and a maze to get to anything. The only thing with an open layout was the main lobby. And I can still smell the ship 1 week later and no, it’s not good.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cabin was super nice. The balcony was a alright. The shower was the best part of the entire trip. It never got cold, and the pleasure was awesome!!

Ship tip

Don’t.
