Waiters, room steward and bar tenders all get 5 stars Guest services and security only get one or two stars.

Ship Quality

The ship was clean and maintained well. Over powering smell from chemicals and air freshner in certain areas. As the trip went on the bathrooms developed a strong smell of urine

The bottom of the balcony was solid and had no view unless you were standing up. Disappointing

Ship tip

Use different soap, and address bathroom oders. I experienced a bad situation with a drunk passenger and felt that gueat services and security did not do as much as they should have to make this bad situation right. I was very disappointed with the lack of resolution
