We booked this cruise due to the family activities advertised. Although those were not as expected, the service and attention from the team made this a magical time for my family! Thank you to our Divina team for making us feel so special.

We dined in the main dining room as often as we could. Although the Buffet was excellent, nothing compared to the service and friendly attitude of our team, Jorge and Mark! Nothing was too much to ask for, if they saw we weren't happy with our food choice, they offered to help with alternatives, they combined options to make sure we were 100% satisfied at all times!
The buffet could be crowded at the entrance, but if you walk a few steps toward the back of the ship, you will find the same offerings with no wait at all.
Service in the buffet was friendly and tables waited on continuously. Can't say enough how pleased we were with the service!
Onboard Activities

One of the bowling lanes was down, the water slide was a bit slow and stashed away in a corner without much to do around it, the 4D movies were a bit older.
We did not see any of the Lego activities which were the reason we looked into MSC in the first place.
Given the ship was not at capacity, this was all OK, but could be better.
Entertainment

The ships singers seemed to be the main source of entertainment. It would be great to have more variety and maybe more up to date music selections.
With that said, the entertainers were nice and had good voices.

We did not leave the kids in the club as it seemed very basic.

Rafael left our room spotless and perfect twice each day. He organized and arranged the room to make sure we were the most comfortable and also made sure to leave a special towel creature for the kids to enjoy each day.
Jorge and Mark were our servers/waiters and as I noted above, they made our dining experiences THE BEST. Friendly, attentive, kind. I can't say enough how much we appreciated their attention.

All of the spaces were beautifully lit, clean and well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

The only thing that could have been better in the cabin was having a bunk instead of just a couch pull out. That would have improved our sleeping arrangements (Kids slept in the large bed together while I slept on the sleeper sofa which was never a sofa while we were on board.)

Ship tip
Make sure you bring playing cards, plan your excursions early and get the drinks package. (Water is expensive on board).
The service on the island is similar to the ship: AMAZING. There is work to be done on the island, but once the trees are established and there is more shade, the place will be spectacular.
There was jelly fish in the lagoon and the team did not warn the passengers, so we had a hard time with comfort there. Additionally, there was limited sea life within the lagoon and the main beach.
We took the Lagoon of 7 Colors tour and LOVED the lagoon. The tour guide did not allow for enough time to tour the fort inside and also rushed us to leave after lunch. Disembarking and coming back on the ship was very easy.
In Cozumel, we completed the VIP turtle release. It was just us and one other family on this tour, so very private. It could have been better if we had been provided one nest per family instead of only one nest for the entire group.
The lunch location was lovely, but the food was not excellent (in comparison with food elsewhere).
