Review summary

Booking through Cheap Cruises was a waste of time and money. Not only was my cruise the exact same price if I booked myself, the agent charged me $25 every time I made a change to my reservation. So basically I spent an extra $75 to have someone else book my cruise. They didn't even get us any OBC, no welcome gift, nothing.... We will never book with them again.

Worst food ever experienced on a cruise. Dried banana chips are not plantains. The only thing half way decent was the buffet pizza.

The staff, bartenders, customer service, dining room servers, cabin stewards, program director, etc... We're all amazing and the only reason we might consider another MSC cruise in the distant future.

Beautiful suite and balcony but the floors were sticky and it took us two days, after multiple attempts, to get a bar of soap and our bath robes. We never received our MSC "gift" that was supposed to be a part of our suite package. The private aurea suite deck was closed most of the time so we didn't bother.
