Review summary

We enjoyed all 5 ports of call. We did a Seqway tour of the walled city in Cartagena, which I'd highly recommend from a historical perspective. Then, a private van tour of Aruba with a local tour guide, and snorkeling in Grand Turk Island. Lots of good shopping in Curacao  and Nassau. It took the dining room wait staff a day or so to get things going smoothly, but, all things considered, they were very professional and personable, and by the end of the cruise we had a very good rapport with our assigned staff. One thing that could be improved upon is the drink package process. Instead of using a booklet of drink tickets, there should be a way to associate your drink packages with your card that had to be presented for on board purchases, etc. There always seemed confusion over what drinks the tickets could be used for. But, all in all, we had a great time and would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the Segway tour of the walled city.

Oranjestad, Aruba

We had a private tour of the island on a van with 4 other couples we were traveling with. It was a good way to see the island and get a perspective from the driver, who was a local.

Willemstad, Curacao

Architecture was colorful and charming. To get to shopping area, you had to cross a pedestrian bridge, which occasional opened list a gate to allow large boats to come and go. The Iguana Cafe is a good place to have a drink and something to eat. You can watch the pedestrian bridge open and close from there.

Grand Turk Island Did not visit port

Great place to snorkel.
