Review summary

overall we had fun with the family a group of 25 people adults and kids. The food was mediocre at best and the service leaves a lot to be desire. See comment below. RCL much better all around. While the price might be inviting the difference is not worth it.

food was never hot-- had to send back many main dishes. The coffee was served out of a thermal carafe without a top-- always Luke warm. The Eataly specialty restaurant both service and quality of food leave a lot to be desired, not worth the extra money, especially the 34ounce steak-- frozen.

many did not truly understand english. Most looked leke a deer in headlights when asked a question. Took four time to get a glass with ice. The buffet is so spread out that the coffee and deserts at one end and the food at the other. Could take you walking with the crowd almost 10 minutes to get a coffee.

large handicap cabin-- pillows terrible lumpy- carpet has many large spots and needs to be replaced. Cabin steward did a good job.
