Review summary

This is a great cruise with a good balance of both on shore and shipboard experiences. An excellent value. We would do it again. But there are many more places in the world that we have yet to visit so a repeat will have to wait.

We ate at four of the five specialty restaurants, all were top notch. The dining room performed equally well. The buffet is the way to go for breakfast. Lunch from the Pizza and deli worked as did the burger place.

Onboard Activities

We played trivia as well as some game nights. One of our party did well at poker in the casino. The Crow’s Nest lounge was one of our favorite locations to relax on sea days. Many board games available. The coffee and liquor bars, best on the ship.

Entertainment

The comedian was great! The team at the piano bar okay. The woman performer just walked her way through. The hosts for the games did fine.

This is a great location and will try to get same on subsequent cruises. Balcony at the stearin is the best. No wind though a little loud.

Ship tip

Okay, it’s a little pricy but well worth the additional cost; rent a cabana for the entire cruise. The additional space, privacy, exclusivity, service is worth every penny. Also get the drink package. You will not be able to consume your daily allowance. Bring a refillable water bottle.

We have been here before. This is a great place to spend more time. We did a self driving Jeep tour with tequila tasting and lunch. A great experience though not really off road as I expected though minimally challenging dirt roads. Make sure that someone in your group can drive a stick.

Taxing on the body stopping at 3 ports in a row, this very tiring. There was no time to recover between port of calls.

Great entertainment, but poor dining service
