I will not be cruising on Holland America again. Princess was a far better experience.

Service is the main dining room was awful. Slow, and on at least 2 occasions, we were server food belonging to another table. Food was lukewarm from standing out too long.

Shows; fitness center; spa; tai chi classes. Enjoyed those.

Entertaining, but repetitive. Same dance troupe performed on 4 different nights. Different shows, but rather redundant. Band in the nightclub performed the same set on multiple nights.

Wait staff in the dining room was awful. Slow and inattentive. Room stewards were fine. No special services performed.

Common areas were clean. Seating in the buffet area was very worn and looking like it needed to be replaced years ago.
Cabin / Stateroom

Air conditioner didn’t work, and needed to be repaired. Even after it was repaired, it only marginally worked. Size of the room was adequate, but definitely not large. Clean overall.
