Review summary

This is the second time we sailed on Harmony within the last 6 months. This cruise had so many children (several unruly and wild) and seemed much louder and too crowded this time. I usually love Central Park but it was too loud during the day and took away the peace I longed for!

Embarkation

4 out of 5
The people helping us aboard were extraordinary especially Gregory with our bag and Chris checking us in!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We went only to the Ship's Main Dining Room on Deck 3. Our waiters, Jose and Ting were excellent along with Antha who got us the perfect table for 2! They couldn't be better and made us feel welcome and at home wanting to please us in every way.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Lap swimming in the pool, aqua aerobics (twice, it seemed the 1/2 hour was too short and cut off).

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Enjoyed the jazz shows and guitar player in Central Park and Grease and the ice (especially Danielle) and aqua shows. The performers were superb, energetic and outstanding who poured their hearts and souls into their work!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The waiters, Jose and Ting, Room Steward, Sanjay and Antha, the Restaurant Supervisor and our Room Steward, Sanjay were top notch and outstanding professionals - who did their very best to make our cruise wonderful!

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Music was blaring most of the day even in Central Park (our favorite place to relax). The noise level was too loud to talk to each other and unhealthy because of the high decibel level - even in the dining room at times!

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Our cabin steward, Sanjay, kept our cabin clean and well stocked coming in the morning at the best times for us. He was outstanding! The cabin, however, was too small for us and felt over-cramped.

Ship tip

Take ear plugs or noise canceling headphones because the music is deafening all over most of the ship!
