Review summary

After 19 HAL cruises, it is clear the direction is downhill. Many things have changed, none for the better. Sad that HAL has decided to cut corners. Every time you hear. . . "They used to" it is something that has been reduced or eliminated.

Activities were not well organized. Loved playing trivia. This is the most popular activity. A few days played three times. Other days once.

Entertainers were terrible to poor. Only went once. Not former HAL quality. Like every other activity, a noticeable drop. Not HAL quality we were used to having.
