Review summary

This was my first ever cruise. Overall I was impressed with the ship and the facilities. Pools should have been bigger and maybe better ways to set up restaurant reservations but the only major flaw which can be managed by downloading the app offline is that the Costa app does not traditionally work on USA phones.

Main dining was great, however because the USA cannot use the app on our phones, it made food and drinks harder to track and find.

Staff even with certain language barriers, we very courteous and always made sure we needed anything.

Size of the balcony room was good but could be tight if you are using the sofa bed as well.

Ship tip

Make sure you sideload the Costa App if you are American. It will have the majority of everything you need on there.

By far one of the most beautiful places i have seen.

It was not too bad but yet once again language barriers did not help too much as well in regards to confusion on disembarking experience
